MCA's partnership
MVA is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with MCA, designed to create a pathway for junior athletes. Under the leadership of our coach, Sara Dias, we have forged a strong relationship with the local high school and are actively recruiting potential athletes to compete in the Grand Prix next season. Starting in January, our focus will shift to training and recruiting junior athletes to represent MVA. Furthermore, MCA will provide funding for young athletes to participate in trainings at no cost, while MVA will implement after-school activities at MCA to enhance engagement in the sport. This partnership marks a significant advancement for both organizations.

U26s U24 U18s U16s
We are excited to announce a restructuring of our academy to better accommodate the increasing number of junior athletes. This new approach focuses on tailored pathways for different age groups while still allowing for mixed training sessions. Our U16s will prioritize development and will not participate in competitions, while the more advanced will join our U18s, aiming to compete in the Volleyball England Grand Prix. Additionally, our U24s will compete in local leagues and the National Shield. We are currently evaluating options for our U26 athletes, as we aim to grow this age and potentially introduce another local league team.
